1 General Introduction

• Allowing any other person to use your account is prohibited.

3.2 Account Closure or Suspension

zid buzz reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason — particularly for fraudulent activity, policy violations, or security concerns. The affected user will be informed of the reason.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Transactions on zid buzz must be made using the designated mobile banking methods. Every transaction is processed securely.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (the same for all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent through a third party will not be accepted and may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method as the most recent deposit.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

zid buzz offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, and failure to follow them may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw bonus funds, wagering of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagering.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
• A bonus may only be used in the game or section for which it was granted.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent or abusive activity may result in the account being closed.
• zid buzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A bonus is never treated as direct cash — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 VIP Program

The zid buzz VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback is paid weekly on net losses. A Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week can receive up to ৳160 cashback (0.8%). Regular activity and consistent play are required to move to a higher tier.

6 Betting and Game Rules

All bets and games on zid buzz are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player).

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• zid buzz reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted unintentionally due to a technical error.
• In sports betting, official data from the relevant sports authority is used to determine results.
• Maximum bet amounts may be set separately for each event or game.

6.2 Casino Games

All slots, live casino, and other games are operated by third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fairness. In the event of any dispute regarding a game, the game log will be considered final evidence.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
